南高雄進城門戶三部曲之二 陳其邁視察媽祖港橋改建工程

高雄市長陳其邁上任後加速推動南高雄進城門戶三部曲計畫，首部曲「海邦橋」已完工通車，媽祖港橋及捷運黃線則正在施工，陳其邁今(11)日與立委賴瑞隆、議長曾麗燕及當地里長前往視察媽祖港橋改建工程，希望透橋梁改建、捷運串連等工程，連結亞灣區、小港、鳳山、鳥松等地，帶動區域發展。

媽祖港橋位於鳳山五甲及前鎮草衙地區，是附近居民的日常生活要道，陳其邁特別感謝立委賴瑞隆向中央爭取3.2億元預算減輕市府工程財政負擔，也感謝議長及議會先進不分黨派，大家共同爭取並支持市政建設，同時也代表市府感謝在地里長，隨時、及時反應市民需求，讓施工過程更順利。
陳其邁指出，對於前鎮、小港地區的建設，透過中央與地方合作，在亞灣區從軟體園區、鴻海大樓、台電成功大樓以及特貿三開發，中央對地方5G AIoT園區投入約110億元的規模，除了建設亞灣區，讓前鎮、小港整體產業與生活產生巨大的改變，將帶進產業增加就業，也加強交通建設，用TOD的引導，鳳山及前鎮將大有可為。

陳其邁說，亞灣區是數位港規劃，即5G AIoT數位解決方案的輸出重要港口，下個月將推出的亞灣區2.0計畫，將結合5G AIoT園區，IC設計相關產業包括義隆微電子、群聯等IC設計廠商也到高雄投資，未來在亞灣區會以現階段高雄產業，銜接到全球高科技產業發展。
工務局表示，因往來車輛眾多現況交通流量大，除透過南高雄進城門戶「海邦橋」引導部分車流，媽祖港橋採用分兩階段「半半施工」模式，施工第一階段封閉橋梁下游側開放雙向各1車道通行，開工後已完成橋面AC刨除、橋面版打除。

日前也完成舊有預力混凝土橋梁(PCI)吊離，後續將進行鋼便橋施作、圍堰打設、舊橋墩打除及基樁清理、地質改良等工項，市府團隊不僅於施工上必須考量施工安全(設有救生衣、救生圈、攔截索等)，也謹慎面對交通尖峰流量可能帶來的衝擊。
