高雄太陽光電系統配線職訓班學員結訓 廠商開年領14月搶才

因應產業人力需求，高雄市勞工局與高雄市太陽能設備裝修職業工會合作，開設太陽光電系統配線職訓班，以培養具有專業配線、裝修實務技能的人才，職訓班日前結訓，吸引許多綠能產業廠商到場搶才，開出包括設計、監造、安裝、維運等多種工作職缺，且競相加碼工作待遇，開出年領14個月薪水、證照加給等保證，爭搶優秀人才。

太陽能設備裝修職業工會講師陳俊中表示，目前台灣太陽光電維運市場，每年至少有數十億商機，若再加上政府大力推動綠能產業，未來商機評估會上看百億規模。為求產訓合一，開辦時即導入產學合作模式，聘請多名業界師資進班授課，學員也努力學習，積極鑽研技能，爭取獲得企業肯定的機會。

訓練就業中心主任楊茹憶指出，2050年淨零排放目標，是國內各產業轉型的重大挑戰，各家廠商均投入佈局，相關領域人才炙手可熱，職訓班吸引許多有志者參訓，其中更有來自新北市的學員沈榮家，他看好產業前景，毅然南下高雄參訓；還有新住民女性學員李婷，她全力以赴，從零開始學習，在250小時訓期內將配電及太陽能設備裝修融會貫通，將順利搶占綠能產業的工作機會。

另外職訓中心7月份熱門招生班級還有水電達人配線班，可學習室內配線及工業配線等水電、瓦斯相關課程，最多可取得5張相關證照；科技廠辦營建人才培訓班提供帷幕牆技術、土木營建等綜合性課程、織品傢飾設計暨數位行銷班提供產銷雙項訓練，歡迎市民參訓為專長儲值、搶占產業關鍵崗位。
