影/台南東吉七美海上旅遊得天獨厚

台灣是高山海島國家，位居世界樞紐，400年前大航海時代就活躍於世界舞台，21世紀的今天，台灣海峽仍然是世界關注的焦點，台南市議員李啟維認為台南的希望在海洋，尤其台南-東吉-七美海上航線，台南有著地利之便值得開發，希望市長能重視。

李啟維議員說前幾天搭乘娛樂漁船前往七美參觀旅遊，早上從安平港出發直達七美約50海哩，航程約2:30左右，因為乘坐遊艇和海特別親近，乘風破浪美麗的台灣海峽盡入眼簾，雖然疫情嚴峻因適逢暑假旺季，遊客還是蠻多，一般遊客要到七美必須到澎湖坐交通船，或從高雄坐小飛機，如果直接從安平港出發，可能會吸引更多觀光客來台南坐船到東吉、七美，有利於觀光經濟發展。

李議員說台南-東吉-七美旅程因地利之便，可以節省很多時間，可以早上出發下午回來，也可以隔天回來，有利於國內旅遊或外國遊客旅程安排，他說台南除了歷史古蹟人文風情名產小吃聞名遐邇，如再加上像東吉南方四島的藍洞藍眼淚，七美獨特壯觀的玄武岩，每座島嶼特色壯觀，如此海陸豐富的觀光資源，台南重回榮耀躍上國際舞台將指日可待。

他說安平漁港已慢慢轉型為休閒漁港，近來民間投入資金設立碼頭，各式各樣的遊艇帆船成為吸引遊客觀光的景點，這些都是發展海洋城市現成的資源，政府應結合民間業者鬆綁法令，至少讓台南市民乘船到離島休閒度假不再是遙不可及的事情。
