「黑胡椒豬肉」上市後即成為人氣口味！以台式牛排黑胡椒醬為基底，將蒜頭和洋蔥炒出辛香後，加入自磨的黑胡椒粒，經精準火候與配方慢熬，層次平衡亦不膩口，正是迷人關鍵所在。不同於一般以豬柳或豬肉絲作炒煮，採用每隻豬只有四塊的稀有豬腱肉，是肉質細緻、油脂少、柔韌帶有彈性的部位，佐以黑胡椒醬細細燉煮入味、口感十足。
