客家小炒全國爭霸賽南區初賽美濃登場 屏東廚師拿下冠軍

推廣客家美食，行政院客委會舉辦「2022客家小炒全國爭霸賽」，先在北、中、南、東舉辦初賽，最後一場南區賽昨（23）日在高雄美濃區公所前登場，最後冠軍由來自屏東的廚師奪下冠軍，他以傳統客家美食融合在地食材的創意獲得青睞。

高雄市長陳其邁23日出席「2022客家小炒全國爭霸賽」南區初賽頒獎典禮，他歡迎大家來美濃慢活、度過悠閒的一天，體驗完整的客家文化，感受濃濃的客家文化與人情味，高市府推出客家語言、文化、產業三大復興，希望落實在整個客家文化的保存、客語的復興以及從文創到農業的產業能夠伴隨著客家庄獨有、各式不同產業的振興。
「2022客家小炒全國爭霸賽」南區初賽在美濃區公所前登場。
這場南區賽共有涵蓋複合式經營餐廳、在地人氣餐館、特色私廚等120家業者及廚師參與，競爭相當激烈，經過評審一番評核，最後由屏東潮州的「胖匠守作料理」拿下首選，亞軍及季軍則為美濃在地的「里長台灣鯛」與屏東墾丁「悠活渡假村」，冠軍可獲5萬元獎金、亞軍3萬元季軍則是2萬元，其餘佳作為5000元。
陳其邁表示，「2022台灣文博會」將於8月展開，在推出30條文博遶境的遊程中，就有6條與客庄文化有關，此外，市府也推出國旅補助「週間補到千，週五又補五」，除了中央於週間補助800元，高雄又加碼200元，週五再補助500元，歡迎大家來高雄玩，來客庄正對時。
