《興櫃股》亞果私募現增案 台鋼集團參與

亞果遊艇（7566）今(26日)經董事會決議通過，由台鋼集團旗下公司台灣健康運動投資股份有限公司及易昇鋼鐵股份有限公司為私募現增案應募人，該筆私募完成之後，持股比例為19.4％。
亞果集團私募現金增資發行新股案，用於安平遊艇城第二期開發案及高雄港愛河灣遊艇碼頭A區開發案，將以每股32元發行2,000萬股，預計募集金額為新台幣6.4億元。

本次私募現增應募人台灣健康運動投資股份有限公司及易昇鋼鐵股份有限公司為台鋼集團成員。台鋼集團為涵蓋四大產業(鋼鐵、網通、化學材料及健康運動)與十大行業(碳鋼、特殊鋼、扣件、航太、網通、環保、石化、生技、健康休閒及運動賽事)的綜合型集團，亞果藉由與台灣健康公司及易昇鋼鐵與台鋼集團可進行長期策略合作，在對未來營運方面可藉由台鋼集團健康休閒市場通路優勢，促成業務推廣、通路、協同服務等層面的合作，有助於亞果未來營收獲利成長及競爭力之提升。
