第六屆WBSC世界盃少棒錦標賽正於台南亞太國際棒球訓練中心開戰，經過5天的賽程，中華隊以4勝1敗成績確定晉級超級循環的複賽中，將在首戰將對上多明尼加。

而披薩業者也祭出，戰勝義大利就送「夏威夷個人比薩」 給中華隊慶祝獲勝，先前以15:0戰勝義大利，業者也在今日履約，將熱騰騰的披薩送至中華小將的手中，小球員拿到後也相當的開心。
