台灣文旦今年產量少1成 陳吉仲：與出口大陸數量相當

中國日前宣布暫停柑橘類水果輸入，被指是政治操作，正值產季的文旦首當其衝，農委會12日下午在台南麻豆區農會舉行記者會，說明啟動文旦外銷、產銷、加工3支箭政策，農委會主委陳吉仲說，今年文旦年產量估計大約7萬公噸左右，比往年減少約1成左右，剛好就跟出口中國的數量相當，因此應不至於會有太大影響，但就怕有心人士以此當作藉口，來打壓產地價格，農委會設法遏止。

農委會選在文旦主要產地麻豆，舉行「國產文旦品質優、全民相挺安心購」說明會，由主委陳吉仲與農糧署長胡忠一，親自向產地農友說明今年針對國產文旦的各項產銷政策。
陳吉仲表示，農委會已經規畫各項具體的措施，扣除掉中國的部分，希望外銷其他國家的數量能提高到1000公噸，在鮮果內銷、周邊產品加工方面各提高2500公噸，以維持產銷平衡；陳吉仲提到，今年真正面臨的問題是在作業面，因傳統上是在農曆節氣白露前採收，但今年白露與中秋節只差3天，時間太接近了，加上近年又有缺工問題，因此文旦必須提早採收，以免出現塞車狀況。

胡忠一指出，每年台灣文旦外銷大陸只占總產量5.9％，就算少掉這一部分，只要明年玉井與屏東低溫處理場完成，就可提高外銷日本等國數量；以台南文旦為例主要產區以麻豆、下營為主，種植面積超過1000公頃，光是麻豆就有800多公頃，年產量約在2.5萬噸居冠，幾乎近9成都是內銷市場，去年銷往中國的數量約在400公噸左右，幾乎沒有影響。
台南市長黃偉哲表示，中國禁止台灣柑橘類的農產品進口，面對台灣文旦外銷面臨受阻，政府早已超前因應，不僅拓展外銷，2周後將有16.8公噸銷往加拿大，在內銷通路、農產品加工部分，也努力開展增加整體銷售量，中央跟地方妥善規畫，一定會保持價格、產量及品質，請農民不用擔心。
