知名網紅來嘉代言 呼籲大眾一起遠離菸害

暑假誘惑多，青少年特別容易受到菸品誘惑，為強化青少年自我保護意識，嘉義市政府衛生局，今(20)日上午在嘉義市立棒球場，舉辦「世界無菸 虎哩抵嘉健康有福氣」宣導活動，現場設有5大主題闖關攤位，並請來知名網紅蕭志瑋（八弟）與郭柏傑（傑佛瑞），分享成功戒菸經驗及拒菸技巧，黃敏惠市長更帶頭倡導「不抽菸、愛自己、愛家人」，健康幸福更長久。

黃敏惠市長指出，菸品是人類健康的頭號殺手，不僅造成個人健康危害，二手菸、三手菸的環境殘留汙染物，也會使他人增加罹癌風險。感謝兩位知名網紅八弟和傑佛瑞到場，發揮自身影響力、善盡社會責任，呼籲學子拒絕菸品、遠離菸害。嘉義市府重視菸害防制，透過辦理各種宣導活動，以輕鬆活潑的學習方式、寓教於樂，讓菸品防制觀念進入家庭，也進入社會每個角落，拒菸行動大家一起來。
現場設有5大主題攤位，包含「牙周病bye bye」、「預防衰弱我最行」、「無菸嘉義 由我先行」、「護肝全民動起來」、「打擊檳菸酒 幸福更長久」等，互動式的闖關體驗，帶領市民朋友認真玩、輕鬆學。另在會場中，同步進行無菸家庭著色活動，激發孩子想像力與創造力，藉由彩繪了解菸害無處不在。

衛生局表示，這次活動結合2022年世界無菸日主題——「菸草：對我們環境的威脅（Tobacco: Threat to our environment)」，及111年衛生教育主軸、遠離菸檳榔酒等元素，透過輕鬆有趣、互動式的闖關活動，明白菸草對環境造成的威脅，以及菸酒檳榔對身體的危害，同時更加提升自我健康意識。
嘉義市人口密度及學校密度，皆為全國前三高。透過「教育、立法、輔導稽查」等，凝聚民眾對抗新興菸品入侵校園及成長環境的共識，達成菸害防制作為。另根據國民健康署調查，109年嘉義市吸菸率為9.2%，低於全國13.1%，無論成人或青少年吸菸率，皆低於全國且逐年下降，市府極力打造「環境安心、孩子開心、家長放心」的無菸環境。

嘉義市持續推廣戒菸服務，尤其疫情期間，配合外出應戴口罩，更是戒菸好時機，防疫健康雙贏，民眾如有戒菸需求，皆可尋求嘉義市62家醫療院所及衛生所的戒菸門診，或撥打免費戒菸專線0800-63-63-63。
