登革熱進入流行期 嘉義縣發動科技滅蚊

嘉義縣打擊登革熱，發動「科技滅蚊」，21日在和興國小舉行「科技滅蚊e點通-清除孳生源，打擊登革熱」記者會，整合縣府團隊及鄉鎮公所、志工等，透過「嘉義縣登革熱防疫資訊GIS決策平台」，精準掌握高風險區域、強化風險點列管及分析疫情，快速介入防治，精準防堵登革熱疫情發生。
登革熱已進入流行期，嘉義縣發動各鄉鎮市社區志工加入「清淨家園」落實巡、倒、清、刷登革熱防治計畫行列，結合衛生所、清潔隊執行病媒蚊防治工作，走透鄉鎮市村里水溝、廢棄場域、建築工地及家戶等全面巡查。

為提升工作效益，今年結合科技滅蚊，透過平板或手機回傳病媒蚊密度調查等資訊，經系統分析精準掌握高風險區域，進行列管及疫情分析，以利快速介入防治策略，積極防堵疫情發生。
衛福部疾病管制署南區管制中心科長李珍儀指出，中部地區已出現首例本土登革熱案例，截至8月也發現20例境外案例，登革熱疫情不容忽視，很高興看到嘉義縣衛生團隊局用防治登革熱資訊決策平台，有效、精準掌握疫情，也情大家一起努力防治登革熱。
工欲善其事，必先利其器，「嘉義縣登革熱GIS科技決策平台」整合個案管理、緊急防治、病媒監測、列管及風險點、疫情統計分析，可客觀分析近3個月通報病例分布、易淹水範圍、孳清噴藥範圍..等，在縣府團隊、鄉鎮公所、社區發展協會、志工不畏酷暑進行走遍村里的同時，結合e化資訊系統的運用，可更精準、有效率提升登革熱防治效果。

翁章梁指出，登革熱是透過蚊子傳染，所以要消滅蚊子生存的地方，有水的地方就是孳生源，請厝邊隔壁巡視居家戶內外環境，尤其最近常下雨，容易孳生病媒蚊，不要小看蚊子小小一隻，如果被叮咬傳染，會出現皮下出血、發燒、全身痠痛等症狀，將對人體健康產生威脅，一定要特別注意。
衛生局長趙紋華說，國內已進入登革熱流行期，溼熱與積水環境，是病媒蚊孳生的最大關鍵，登革熱防治原則「以清除孳生源為主」，做好室內外積水容器「巡、倒、清、刷」，才能避免病媒蚊孳生。
衛生局建議鄉親外出時穿著淺色長袖衣褲，身體皮膚裸露處塗抹防蚊液(膏)，避免蚊蟲叮咬，才能降低個人、家庭及社區感染傳播風險，登革熱的症狀與一般發燒類似，如出現突發性發燒、頭痛、後眼窩痛、關節痛、骨頭痛、不明紅疹或出血等症狀，應儘速就醫。
