「三地門森林公園步道整修及周邊環境綠美化工程」，該項整修作業結合在地原住民藝術家，為讓遊客來遊玩時體驗原鄉風情，特別打造排灣原鄉藝術步道，及排灣族石板屋特色建築，於入口及各休憩點，透過當地藝術家的發想創思，於各涼亭及休憩廣場增添原鄉公共藝術氣息，茂管處優良的風景區建設平時即普獲民眾好評，於8月19日榮獲「2022國家卓越建設獎最佳環境文化類金質獎」，為三地門鄉及茂管處的轄內景區建設增添一枚金質桂冠。
