恭喜中1千萬彩金！急匯11萬7千手續費遭勸阻 才知又是詐騙

嘉義縣布袋警分局義竹分駐所所長蔡季龍、新店派出所所長葉俊哲及警員蔡明儒於日前接獲義竹鄉農會新店分部黃姓主任通報，指稱疑似有人遭詐騙請求警方協助，警方到場了解係林姓民眾於網路交友，與素未謀面的網友合資購買香港彩劵，該網友告知中獎新臺幣1000萬元，林姓民眾高興之餘不疑有他，立即依照該網友指示前往嘉義縣義竹鄉農會新店分部欲匯款新臺幣11萬7000元手續費。

所幸警方與轄區金融機構建立共同防詐LINE平臺，黃姓主任察覺有異，立即通報警方協助，警方向林姓民眾耐心解釋，這是詐騙集團慣用的「假中獎」詐騙手法，並提供相關新聞報導證明，林姓民眾才恍然大悟，免遭詐騙，並對警方及行員熱心積極協助深表感謝。

布袋警分局長黃世德提醒民眾，現今詐騙手法層出不窮，常以「假交友投資」、「解除分期付款」、「假檢警」及最近以「防疫補助簡訊」等詐騙手法，要求提領現金、轉帳或匯款至陌生帳戶等方式詐騙；另外檢警機關不會因為偵辦案件要求匯款或索取帳戶資料，若接獲此類電話請提高警覺，保持冷靜勿慌張，遵守「一聽、二掛、三查證」，可撥打「165反詐騙專線」或撥打「110」向警方求證及諮詢，亦能「有效打擊詐騙」保護自己、保護他人。
