義竹鄉漁業青年陳泓碩致力實踐友善環境永續經營，並且導入智慧設備的精準養殖技術，不但節能省工且把關水產品安全，透過自營台灣寶蝦品牌與消費者直接對話，深受消費者信賴及青睞，同時擔任漁民團體幹部為漁民服務及發聲，以及無私提攜後輩，傑出事蹟足為台灣農業發展表率，榮獲111年全國模範漁民。
漁業界的年度盛事全國漁民節慶祝活動將於9月23、24日在台東舉行，去年受COVID-19疫情影響暫停一次，今年慶祝活動昨15日在農委會記者會拉開序幕，由副主委陳添壽為110年、111年獲獎模範漁民（各12名）披掛綵帶公開授獎，表揚漁業各領域卓越貢獻漁民。

縣長翁章梁表示，陳泓碩自家養殖場採用低密度生態、不同魚種輪養、善用益生菌的友善環境養殖方法，並且導入智慧設備的精準養殖技術，不但提升魚蝦育成率，更提供消費者安全美味水產，實踐友善環境的永續經營理念，且致力推廣優質水產品，自營台灣寶蝦品牌執著安全養殖理念，戮力責任漁業，透過自產自銷與消費者直接對話，深受消費者信賴及青睞，成為經營最佳保證。
陳泓碩也擔任嘉義縣養殖漁業生產區發展協會執行長、嘉義漁業青年聯誼會會長、中華民國養殖漁業發展協會理事、水產產銷班班長及社區發展協會理事等職務，不獨善其身分，也藉由漁民團體的推廣力量，致力向漁民推廣優質水產理念及爭取漁民權益，同時對漁業青年傾囊相授及無私提攜，承先啟後為漁業及社會熱心貢獻，值得全國民眾喝采。
