隨著年底市長選舉越來越接近，國民黨市長候選人謝龍介近日反擊文旦之亂是民進黨栽贓，民進黨發言人邱莉莉議員則表示，謝龍介過去在選舉時傷害農漁民，結果對台南農業產生四大亂。

謝龍介近日在電視大打廣告，號稱讓我做4年就可以讓人懷念40年，但邱莉莉指出，其實謝龍介從2019年立委補選到今年選市長，陸續造成文旦之亂、鳳梨之亂、虱目魚之亂、石斑魚之亂，造成農漁民巨大損失。

以台南盛產的鳳梨為例，在2019年謝龍介稱可以賣200貨櫃鳳梨到中國，結果不到2021年中國就惡意棄單，造成農民慘賠。謝龍介在立委補選時也曾公開說找到通路商可以賣七十萬斤文旦到中國，結果開出的價格只有每斤30元，跟市價每斤70元差距相當大，影響當年農民賣價，這就是文旦之亂的起源。而今年謝龍介承諾要幫助農民賣文旦，今年卻一顆也沒賣。
而在今年中國片面禁止台灣石斑魚，謝龍介作為台灣的民意代表，卻反過來罵漁民養殖用藥過度。邱莉莉質疑，謝不是說自己有人脈，可以把「樹上種的、水裡游的」都賣到中國？消基會事後調查，沒有查出任何石斑魚違法用藥。
邱莉莉在質詢黃偉哲市長回應：「今年台南文旦賣到日本的營養午餐，反應不錯。」最後邱莉莉呼籲謝龍介回頭是岸，不要用不是事實的內容潑別人髒水。
