嘉縣現場徵才10月1日登場  最高薪資上看70K

嘉義縣政府10月1日將於嘉義縣民雄表演藝術中心舉辦「111年度現場徵才活動」，設攤廠商包含許多國際大廠，釋出逾1,500個工作機會，歡迎社會新鮮人、中高齡、二度就業者、身心障礙者及有求職、轉職需求的民眾，把握機會來嘉就業。

民雄表演藝術中心舉辦「111年度現場徵才活動」，現場設攤廠商包括阿里山英迪格酒店、佐登妮絲、和大、松川、安富科技、勤誠興業等國際大廠，釋出逾1,500個工作機會，其中有13家廠商提供身障者及中高齡者職缺，約4成職缺薪資高達4萬元以上，還有主管級職缺開出最高70K待遇，民眾至現場填寫履歷即可抽獎，當日進行面試還可獲得精美禮物，鼓勵有求職、轉職需求的民眾多加利用。

縣長翁章梁表示，為讓青年返鄉工作，縣政府大力招商增加在地就業機會，目前大埔美已有116家廠商生產營運，提供25,000個就業機會，馬稠後一期己有29家廠商進駐，提供5,000個職缺，後期園區招商中，未來可再提供2萬個職缺，總計可創造5萬個就業機會。

中埔及水上兩個產業園區在9月18日舉行動土典禮，未來嘉義科學園區、亞洲無人機AI創新應用研發中心及民雄航太園區縣匯集科技業、長照業、製造業、服務業及農業生技等多元產業將持續發展，未來10年將發生重大改變，農工大縣佈局已經成型，為的就是要讓更多人才回嘉就業，齊力為嘉義打拼。

勞工暨青年發展處處長陳奕翰表示，勞青處成立即將滿2年，扮演青年就業重要角色，除了積極推動在地廠商就業媒合，現已規劃將嘉義職缺擴展至全台，針對新興產業所需人才辦理相關培育計畫，促進青年就業，同時協助企業解決缺工問題。

本次活動有13家廠商提供身心障礙者、中高齡及高齡者職缺，現場填履歷抽大獎，為鼓勵民眾參與面試，當日活動面試即贈送精美，求職集滿3點可參加現場摸彩。另外現場不僅舉行免費義剪，活動當日前50名求職者享有早鳥好禮，活動資訊詳情上嘉義縣政府勞工暨青年發展處網站，或電洽就業服務專線05-3621165、3621195，歡迎民眾踴躍參與，找頭路，政府挺！
