屏東縣環保局為強化手機回收效益，於光輝十月辦理手機回收加碼活動，在環保局、家樂福及各鄉(鎮、市)公所等共設置37個回收站，邀請民眾將家中不再使用之手機，於活動期間內將其交付37處回收站，即可兌換1瓶環保洗碗精及有機會獲得環保署提供之筆記型電腦與手機等多項獎項。

在通訊科技一日千里的時代，手機推陳出新，手機更新換代週期越來越短，那麼換下來的舊手機該怎麼處理呢?或許會將手機變賣、轉贈親友，或是留置家中某個角落。其實手機除了含有可回收再利用銅、金、銀、鈀等多種貴金屬外，還有鉛、汞、鎘、鈹、含氯塑料（PVC）、溴化阻燃劑（BFRs）等有害物質。因此，廢棄手機須經由妥善回收處理，才能回到產業製程循環再利用，但若任意棄置，不僅將造成資源浪費，也將危害污染環境，不可不慎。

屏東環保局邀請您透過「檢」、「刪」、「排」三步驟，「檢」視留置家中壞掉或不再使用的手機，回收前自行先「刪」除個資，並於111年10月1日起至10月31日活動期間內，「排」出交付屏東環保局指定站回收，每支手機可兌換1瓶環保洗碗精外，另可獲得1張抽獎序號，有機會得環保署提供之筆記型電腦及手機等多項獎項。
