111年臺南市政府績優民政志工表揚大會於10月2日（星期日）假臺南市私立慈濟高級中學盛大舉行，由市長黃偉哲親自頒獎228位績優民政志工，感謝志工長期無私付出，展現志願服務的榮譽精神。

市長黃偉哲表示，志願服務是社會溫暖的力量，政府資源有限，但民間力量無窮，志工是寶貴且重要的人力資源，志願服務點亮社會每個角落，展現助人為樂的情懷，讓世界更溫暖。

台南市民政志工為區公所第一線為民服務人員，藉本次表揚大會肯定並激勵各公所長期服務的績優志工，感謝志工夥伴們願意擔起責任，付出時間與辛勞成為推動市政好幫手，展現志願服務的榮譽感，見證志工服務精神的重要性。

表揚大會的績優民政志工中，最年長者為中西區公所現年85歲張雪玉女士，長期投入公所的志願服務，新營區公所許麗美女士，累計志願服務時數高達8,489小時，榮獲衛生福利部志願服務績優金牌獎；學甲區公所郭莊阿嬌女士，累計志願服務時數長達4,206小時，榮獲衛生福利部志願服務績優銅牌獎，體現對地方的熱情與疼惜。
