針對謝龍介控賄選，台南市政府也做出回應，圖非相同之活動。
國民黨台南市長參選人謝龍介指控台南市長黃偉哲競選團隊發50元消費券涉及賄選，今日臺南市政府也回應，疫情尚未停歇，商圈店家、市場及夜市攤商元氣尚未恢復，需要政府繼續擴大振興，振興攤商經濟與選舉無關。
台南市政府經發局表示，振興攤商經濟及提升消費力本來就是政府該做之事，與選舉毫無任何關係，市府團隊依法行政，除辦理快閃促銷、亦舉辦迪士尼「米奇與好朋友Chill遊台南」、台南購物節、觀光工廠嘉年華等系列活動，後疫情時機各地縣市政府皆積極投入各項商業促銷活動，也期能透過此類活動提振商圈、市場及夜市商機，讓店家與攤商朋友們能夠盡快恢復以往經濟水平。
市場處長陳豪吉也說，市場處針對不特定人於市場夜市發放，也無有任何約定選舉之事，何來賄選之說，活動因辦理成效獲各界好評，在許多市場自治會、攤商、消費者及議員要求持續辦理，因此決定今年持續辦到年底。
