尼莎颱風發布海上颱風警報 沿海地區民眾注意強風 慎防豪大雨

中央氣象局於昨(15)日16時發布第20號輕度颱風「尼莎」海上颱風警報，尼莎目前位置在鵝鑾鼻南方，預測颱風向西轉西南西方向前進通過巴士海峽，氣象局持續發布豪雨特報，提醒沿海地區民眾注意強風，慎防豪大雨。

今(16)日至明(17)日隨著輕度颱風尼莎自東向西通過巴士海峽，外圍環流水氣配合東北季風影響，可能造成所謂的「共伴效應」，對台灣天氣的影響程度東「雨」西「風」，也就是說共伴效應在西半部風勢將十分強烈。氣象局持續發布豪雨特報，颱風外圍環流影響，易有短延時強降雨，今明兩天雨勢明顯。
