臺南市長侯選人謝龍介將於10月22日(星期六)晚間在海安路二、三段上舉辦競選總部成立造勢大會，因位處觀光熱點，交通流量較大，當日參與造勢活動的人、車潮，將嚴重影響當地交通，為減少交通衝擊，臺南市政府警察局第二分局、五分局將針對周邊道路進行交通管制、疏導。
本次活動會場管制時間及範圍如下：20日12時至23日24時封閉海安路二段(民族路至成功路)雙向道路，20日12時至23日24時管制海安路三段南向北側道路(海安路三段2號至海安路三段74巷口。北向南為調撥車道)。
造勢活動舉行期間海安路、成功路、民族路車潮及人潮較多，請民眾於上開時段有用路需求，建議提前改道（改以南北向改行金華路或西門路、東西向提前改行民權路、民生、臨安路或公園南路行駛）。
若有停車需求，周邊「連雅堂紀念公園停車塲」、「公六停車場」（臨安路與海安路口）、「台南轉運站停車場」等可提供小型車使用。
