退役消防車零件再利用 改造老廳舍重現活力

官田消防分隊坐落於官田區工業區內，面臨工業路等交通要道，廳舍使用迄今已逾20年，除了內部規劃不敷現代消防勤務需求外，車庫裡因臨路車輛來來往往常堆積大量砂土，而消防人員的裝備也因落塵問題而困擾不已。因此官田消防分隊將退役消防車零件再利用，改造老廳舍重現活力。

官田消防分隊小隊長陳至坤、隊員姜世聰、林建豪等三人為解決車庫嚴重落塵致難以清掃造成環境衛生疑慮，及逢雨季時車庫漏、積水造成個人消防衣、褲等裝備均濕漉不堪出勤使用，因此三人利用今年度所報廢之消防車拆卸下來的置物平台加工再利用，徹底解決惱人的車庫問題。

第二救災救護大隊長丁春能表示官田分隊同仁有許多創新想法，在種種環境不利的條件下，自己動手逐一改善廳舍。今日所使用的置物平台亦是從報廢之消防車上所拆下，原本準備廢棄的零件經過同仁的巧手改造後，賦予老廳舍新的氣象。消防同仁對於工作認真積極，除了本次的廳舍巧思改造，同仁亦會自行維修故障器材，從材料購買至著手維修一手包辦，大大提升行政效率及節約公帑。
