影/《台南議員圖鑑》李啟維搭乘快艇 推動安平海洋城市觀光！

選戰剩下最後一個月，台南市安平區、南區議員候選人李啟維今（30）日下午競選總部成立，台南市長黃偉哲、議長郭信良、立委林俊憲、立委陳亭妃、議員陳怡珍等眾多議員、里長候選人、地方仕紳也都來為8號李啟維讚聲力挺！與眾不同的是啟維今天搭乘一艘快艇從海上出發直達會場，以這樣的方式來表達共同關心推動海洋城市！船隊靠岸響起鳴笛聲，代表大船入港滿載而歸，大家一路8！支持者們也紛紛聚集在安平運河旁迎接歡迎並陪同啟維一同進入會場，現場氣氛熱絡！
李啟維議員表示，今天競總成立，會以坐快艇的方式從海上水上進場，主要是想推動海洋城市，台灣是四面環海的海洋國家，近幾年除了推動水域遊憩觀光發展，對於離島的藍色公路、麗娜輪〔安平-澎湖〕的航線也相當的關心，努力爭取帶動台南整體發展，讓安平成為國際海島城市！
李啟維說，台南安平有運河、港灣、海洋，地理條件非常好，但大部分水域還是閒置空蕩，主要因為運河親水環境不友善，加上多如牛毛的法令限制，也只能望海興嘆無用武之地，政府應拋棄不合時宜的法令限制，讓人民可以自由出海，如此一來不但可以帶動海上觀光產業經濟發展，一方面大家因為可以自由出海，向海洋學習了解海洋，所以希望透過這樣的方式，讓大家更了解海洋，帶著大家從水上出發，重回榮耀！未來讓台南成為國際海洋大城！
啟維最後表示，今天也非常感謝到場的每一位鄉親好朋友的力挺，未來也會持續為大家做好服務，聽取民意，為鄉民著想，把台南安平的建設、觀光做到更好！
