亞果青灣山城VILLA國際競圖評審團一行人，包括篠原聰子、張清華、黃謙智、戴育澤、劉舜仁、許清俊等建築業專家學者，10月28日抵達亞果青灣山城VILLA預定地現勘，對於青灣美麗風景及壯闊腹地讚不絕口。
青灣山城VILLA基地位於澎湖縣馬公市嵵裡地區，北側臨201縣道及馬公內海，南側臨臺灣海峽，面積11.6公頃，屬非都市土地遊憩用地。由於本案基地三面環海，具無敵海景及親水近海特性，並擁有特殊玄武岩地形、豐富多樣的植被自然景觀，及日據時期遺留之山砲臺古蹟，相當有吸引力。
評審團一行人在亞青董事長黃裕庭、總經理蔡宜霖陪同下，頂著東北季風，延著導覽路線逐一踏勘每個地點，對於澎湖特有的地形地物相當關注，除拍照錄影及討論外，同時也一覽青灣靠山面海的秀麗景觀，一致表示可以媲美世界級的度假島嶼。
評審團認為，澎湖青灣基地涵蓋大面積銀合歡，周邊地區長年堆積牡蠣殼，這些在地材料可以透過循環重生機制，做為綠建材使用，一舉數得。另外，青灣山城若能集結產官學界力量來推動永續生活文化，必能建構澎湖永續產業生態，創造新型態就業機會，促使度假建築與海洋共生共息，未來願景精彩可期。
評審團期望拋磚引玉與各界專家共同努力，建立島嶼循環共生發展原型，未來以此成功永續生態觀光及旅遊為起始，延伸至國際其他島嶼，讓澎湖青灣以嶄新的面貌，躍上國際舞臺，與來自世界各地的旅客，在青灣山城共築澎湖島嶼美麗畫面。
