昨（31）日晚間在台南市經濟部工業局安平工業區服務中心廣場舉辦南部工業區理事長聯誼會會長就職典禮暨安平產業園區廠商協進會聯歡晚會，鄭丞焜接任南部理事長聯誼會會長，現場賓客雲集，席開108桌，來自行政院雲嘉南區聯合服務中心王開玹副執行長、經濟部工業局南區工業區管理處林怡妏執行長、中華民國工業區廠商聯合總會賴博司總會長、魏雅庵副總會長、許正雲副總會長、王清水監事會主席，北部工業區理事長聯誼會吳銘裕會長、中部工業區理事長聯誼會何源成會長、全國各工業區理事長、會長、主任委員、全國各工業區服務中心主任、各工協會理事長、會長、主委，扶輪社、獅子會等社團的總監、社長、會長，安平的廠協會員們齊聚一堂，台南市長黃偉哲也率領眾多議員親臨現場祝賀並送上總統蔡英文的恭賀祝福。

新任會長鄭丞焜表示，工業區一直以來以服務區內廠商為宗旨，凝聚向心力，保障會員的權益，是大家各工會共同努力的目標，由總會帶領「產官學」三方合作，包含北、中、南各區聯誼會、各工業區協會、工業局、服務中心及學界一起來努力帶動工業區的發展及周邊的經濟，創造工業區的繁榮。
鄭丞焜提到，前陣子適逢疫情期間，缺工、缺料、缺航運，讓大家非常的煩惱，但現在進入後疫情時代，希望大家站穩腳步，調整步伐，一起為台灣的經濟努力而奮鬥。希望大家在能力之餘共同來多做公益、做環保，盡一點社會責任，回饋社會，累積起來的愛心積沙成塔，為我們這片土地創造更美好的社會！

黃偉哲市長表示，丞焜年輕有為，熱心公益，對地方企業界、社會福利都全面的參與，見證了他是個有熱情、有理想，有抱負的年輕人，市長也非常感謝丞焜對於工業區、廠商協進會、社會福利工作和勞工安全工作的鼎力支持，做出的努力。
