YouBike2.0明年3月來台南 黃偉哲開箱試騎：規劃500站點
台南市公共自行車明年3月引進YouBike2.0系統，將擴大500站點，市長黃偉哲主持新品開箱發表會，正式將YouBike2.0介紹給市民，希望能完善大眾運輸的最後一哩路，並帶動新一波的騎單車遊台南風潮。

市長黃偉哲表示，台南市現有公共自行車（T-Bike）系統營運已達7年，為因應日新月異的科技發展，他特別指示交通局研擬下一代的公共自行車服務系統，在現有的預算規模下，能達到站點擴增、車輛增加、服務便利等目標。
黃偉哲指出，台南市公共自行車營運，已經評選出優勝廠商，由微笑單車開發的YouBike2.0已完成議價保留決標中，待議會預算審查通過後即可執行，將設置500站點、10,000車柱、5,000輛新車，內含500輛電輔單車建設規模。

交通局長王銘德表示，台南市公共自行車系統，將改為以購買服務、委託營運方式辦理，在每年原有5,000萬元預算規模下，以8年合約方式創造利基提高廠商投標意願。經公告招標，微笑單車（YouBike2.0）被評選為優勝廠商，將於明年3月起，全面接手營運台南市公共自行車。
王銘德指出，明年3月起微笑單車（YouBike2.0）正式啟用，屆時與鄰近的嘉義、高雄的公共自行車系統相同，可以免除跨縣市租借還車的困擾。同時，台南市有48條自行車道，期望能帶動新一波的騎單車遊台南的風潮。
