台南市運用智慧科技改善交通 2023年行車更順暢

台南市運用車聯網技術，整合救護車、公車混合智慧優先號誌系統

台南市交通議題一直受到市民重視，台南市政府導入AI影像辨識、車聯網技術、雲端運算等智慧交通科技，加快紓解車流，並推動六大路廊專案改善計畫，上、下午尖峰旅行時間節省逾11%，成效顯著；2023年將再針對大台南多條易壅塞幹道，建置42組智慧號誌，預計能讓用路人節省10%旅行時間，行車更暢快。

台南市長黃偉哲指出，台南都市發展相當早，城市道路拓寬及挖掘地下道都不容易，且缺少捷運系統，所以車流特別多，尤其上下班時間最容易塞車，為了解決交通壅塞，市府導入智慧交通科技，例如AI影像辨識、車聯網技術、雲端運算等，盼能加快疏解車流，也讓用路人便捷取得用路資訊。

黃偉哲上任後積極改善市區交通

交通局表示，在各項智慧科技的應用上，最不可或缺的就是大台南智慧交通中心的資訊整合、雲端運算和即時監控功能。交通中心透過蒐集車輛偵測器車流數據、道路施工訊息、車輛事故等資訊，並結合google旅行時間分析市區道路壅塞程度，即時地依據車流現況增加路口綠燈秒數，藉此改善市民最受困擾的塞車問題。

另外，舊城區中西區成功路以南、金華路以東、健康路以南以及北門路與大同路以西區域內14條易壅塞主要幹道110處路口動態號誌系統，更是全國首創導入AI辨識路口交通流量並應用於路網動態號誌的系統，實施後提高區域內14條幹道的平均速度，通過幹道所需的平均時間最高可節省達11.7%。

交通局並特別針對六大路廊推動專案改善計畫，完成永康區中正北路及小東路、東區東門路、南區大同路及健康路、新市區新港社大道等六大易壅塞路廊，提出週期延長、左轉紓解、警力疏導、智慧交控等四大改善策略，成效顯著，上午尖峰旅行時間節省11%，下午尖峰旅行時間節省12%。

2023年將再建置市道180小東路－復興路廊智慧動態號誌沿線4公里25組智慧號誌、安定交流道號誌協控系統及市道178智慧號誌沿線3.8公里共17組智慧號誌，預計節省10%旅行時間。

交通局指出，除了AI車流辨識、路況監控來推動智慧號誌系統外，也引進了車聯網技術建立「緊急車輛優先號誌系統」，在成大醫院與奇美醫院之間，結合公車路線建立優先號誌系統，自動偵測通過的公車和救護車，給予適當的綠燈通行權和延長綠燈秒數，除了讓民眾搭乘公車的時間節省了13%，也讓救護車於綠燈通過路口的機率提高了51.6%，換算平均救援時間可減少37秒，大幅提升在救護車上進行心肺復甦術的緊急傷病患者生存機率，同時降低車禍事故發生機率。另外交通局也正在規劃建立安南醫院周邊的緊急車輛優先號誌系統，預計將於2023年完成並上路實施。

交通局長王銘德表示，不論是壅塞問題或是安全問題，交通局都仍會持續地努力，讓改善成果逐步顯現，讓市民對交通的改善有更多的肯定。
