埃及COP27氣候高峰會 環保局長謝世傑為台灣及台南發聲

於歐盟國家館分享本市淨零永續成果
臺南市政府環保局長謝世傑11月5日至12日率團前往埃及沙姆沙伊赫市(Sharm El Sheikh)參加COP27氣候峰會，他把握在埃及的時間參觀各國會場，並向國際人士分享「臺南淨零永續城市」成果及「臺南400年」的過去、現在與未來等，讓國際友人更加認識臺灣、臺南。

謝世傑局長參訪德國、瑞士、義大利、沙烏地阿拉伯館等數十個國家展館。歐盟目標於2030年前將減少碳排量55%，在減緩交通運輸碳排放量，已於2022年10月達成協議，於2035年全面禁售汽柴油新車。沙烏地阿拉伯為保護土地和自然，制定極具企圖心的目標，將在2030年前種植4.5億顆樹木，每年減少2.7億噸的碳排放，並承諾於2060 年達到淨零排放目標。

謝世傑局長於各國會場參訪時，與各國分享臺南市為減緩氣候變遷所做的努力，包括市長黃偉哲於今(111)年6月1日發布「2050臺南淨零路徑」。在未來30年將聚焦能源轉型、低碳綠色運輸、住商能效提升、循環經濟綠色生活等四大面向落實減碳，並創全國之先結合產官學專家學者組成「淨零輔導團」，「淨零輔導團」分為節電組、減碳組及碳權組，從執行、輔導、公私協力、法制規範多管齊下，輔導企業以大帶小，率領供應鏈一起落實溫室氣體減量，主動出擊協助與輔導企業減碳等，達到2050臺南淨零永續城市目標。
謝世傑局長也向各國人士分享臺南即將在2024年邁入400年的里程碑，台灣400年來各族群在這塊土地上衝突、合作、共生共榮的種種過程，不只形塑了今日的臺南，更建構出今天的臺灣，使臺灣在世界的舞台上閃耀。臺南市將透過三大主軸：城市發展、慶典活動、公私響應，以「臺南400年博覽會」呈現，向世界展現臺南的過去、現在、未來。歡迎各國人士屆時前來共襄盛舉。

臺南市於埃及氣候峰會不僅介紹臺南，也對國際傳達在面對環保與氣候變遷問題「台灣能幫忙」，即使因為國際政治因素，台灣無法直接參與氣候峰會，但地方政府、產業及公民團體透過務實的周邊會議為台灣發聲及宣傳，臺南市作為國際城市網絡的一員，透過實際經驗分享，提出因應氣候變遷的具體方案，向國際發聲，讓更多的國際夥伴認識臺灣和臺南。
