大台南小黃公車最暖心政策 獲第5屆「政府服務獎」殊榮

台南市最溫暖的公共運輸政策─大台南小黃公車，以彈性預約、提供即時資訊、跨域合作等模式，實現偏鄉關懷便利生活，並展現在地服務亮點特色，榮獲國家發展委員會第5屆政府服務獎，市長黃偉哲表示，小黃公車服務再次受到素有行政機關奧斯卡獎最高榮譽之稱的「政府服務獎」的肯定，也是對市府推動小黃公車的動力，市府明年將再新增11條小黃公車路線，滿足市民行的需求。
黃偉哲表示，關懷偏鄉市民生活，交通更是不可或缺的基礎建設和服務，交通局全力推動「小黃公車」，提供偏鄉最有溫度的公共運輸，目前台南市已有20條小黃公車路線，涵蓋14個行政區，服務超過8萬人次，滿意度高達94%，而新一期共11條路線也在日前完成招標，將於明（112）年起陸續上路。
交通局局長王銘德表示，其他縣市也有「幸福巴士」等類似服務，但台南市的做法更人性也更有彈性，例如首創推出「預約站牌」，沒有固定路線班次經過，但只要有需求也可預約叫車，此外也是全國首創將小黃公車即時資訊整合既有公車動態APP，並結合叫車功能，更結合健保署巡迴醫療據點設置預約站牌，落實中央與地方機關跨域合作等，都是國內創舉，也是獲得政府服務獎肯定的關鍵。

王銘德強調，小黃公車對市民而言，不僅讓偏鄉長者可以走出家門，增加樂齡社交參與，也讓偏鄉學生不必倚賴家長接送，求學之路更安全方便省時，更可活絡並催化地方產業創造力，對計程車業者而言，也拓展服務觸角，促進產業升級，對市府而言，則可把錢花在刀口上，讓資源經費妥善運用發揮效果。
王銘德指出，第5屆「政府服務獎」全國共計有133個機關（構）報名，經過層層篩選評比，最終得獎僅24項，可謂是公部門施政成果的最高榮譽，榮耀歸屬市民乘客和所有參與本項專案的產、官、學、研各界，而近期已陸續有外縣市來台南觀摩取經，也期盼此一成功經驗能成為種籽，推廣複製造福更多民眾。
