選前最後一個超級星期日，適逢四年一次的世界盃足球賽開打，在全球注視精彩賽事的同時，有一場「小小世界盃足球闖關樂」正在北區孝德公園展開。妃妃姐姐帶著足球派對強勢回歸與怡珍姐姐的泡泡派對完美結合，首度嘗試在這選前的超級星期日捨棄傳統選戰模式，把關鍵最後衝刺的時間與空間留給小孩子的笑聲，因爲她們堅信看到小孩子的笑容，比什麼都還重要。所以現場除了有怡珍姐姐的「泡泡派對」，還擴大舉辦加入妃妃姐姐的「小小世界盃足球闖關樂」，由專業教練指導爲小朋友特別設計五個足球技巧關卡，再加上妃妃姐姐爆米花、棉花糖、叭哺冰、脆皮雞蛋糕等孩子們的最愛，讓孩子們笑聲不斷。

陳亭妃指出，先前在立委選舉時曾舉辦一系列妃妃姐姐親子活動，就讓大家知道原來選舉也可以不一樣，叫好又叫座！本來有和孩子們約定，選舉完後，還要看到妃妃姐姐，讓爸爸媽媽可以繼續帶著小朋友一起同樂，但因爲疫情攪局，計劃趕不上變化，只好靜候佳機。現在適逢疫情逐漸解封的時候，因此選擇在這個特別的日子「超級星期日」讓妃妃姐姐強勢回歸，所以今天小朋友可是要有強大的體力才能挑戰怡珍姐姐的「泡泡派對」和妃妃姐姐的「小小世界盃足球闖關樂」，尤其今天小孩子在世足賽開幕的時候，變身成小小足球員，在大型氣墊足球場享受比賽樂趣，現場簡直就是嗨翻天。

陳怡珍指出，超級星期日對她來說就是親子同樂日，自己從擔任議員以來，持續關心教育政策，不管是爭取校園的軟硬體設施，或是第一線教學人員的福利與照護，都是為了提升教育品質而努力，讓孩子能受到更好的照顧。這幾年來，陳怡珍為地方爭取建設經費將近17億元，其中超過3.8億元是關於學校各項經費。除此之外，陳怡珍也在政見中提到，將持續關注台南市教育議題，打造優質多元教育環境，並重視家庭教育，強化親子互動，減輕孩子升學壓力；也將規劃全面性生育政策，從孕前到孕期體貼孕媽咪的辛苦，以行動支持年輕家庭。

陳怡珍強調，政見不是兒戲，但是能把孩子的笑容當成一件重要的事，並不容易。在嚴峻肅殺的選舉氣氛中，期盼泡泡派對能帶給孩子一段無憂無慮、開心大笑的時光，這也是年輕爸爸媽媽大家共同努力的方向，就是要讓我們下一代更加幸福。自己會繼續做育兒父母的後盾，為爭取幼兒福利、教育政策優質化而努力。
