這幾天台南市安平路一條巷弄因為破一個洞，影響機車行人安全，公所認為這些私人巷弄是重劃造成，公所權責沒有多餘經費維護，台南市安平南區議員候選人李啟維、平安里長蔡陳阿麗，邀集地政局重劃科黃科長現場會勘共謀解決之道。

台南市地政局重劃科黃科長表示類似巷弄不少，為了居住品質安全，確實需要維護改善，他有向工務局報告並答應，公所若有這方面需要工務局可以協助。

李啟維議員表示安平路平安里是1970年代台南市第一期公辦重劃，因為當時的重劃不完善，建商蓋房子必須私留道路公共設施，這些私設巷弄不是這些住戶造成，政府當然應負完全責任，他很感謝黃科長和公所的協助。
李議員也建議因重劃造成巷弄裡面住戶，和安平路共用門牌號碼，找不到路的困擾也應一併處理解決，還有一些巷弄路面，因為年久失修也應重鋪。
