奇美醫研發「醫用引流管固定減壓裝置」有效降低壓力性損傷！

73歲方先生，今年7月因橫結腸腫瘤到奇美醫學中心接受腹腔鏡結腸切除手術，醫療團隊由於手術時需胃部減壓，故放置沙朗式鼻胃管，以往做法係以剪成工字型的宜拉膠將鼻胃管黏貼於鼻頭，但這次則使用創新研發的｢醫用引流管固定減壓裝置｣讓鼻胃管貼於方先生左側臉頰，手術時間歷經4小時30分鐘，術後檢視鼻黏膜及人中處皮膚均正常且無發紅，回病房仍持續使用，治療過程均無管路滑脫，移除鼻胃管後，固定處也未出現壓力性損傷，大大提升手術病人的照護品質。

2016年美國國家壓傷諮詢委員召開全球專家共識會議，將使用醫療相關器材所產生的皮膚局部損傷，包含鼻胃管、氧療裝置、約束及各類管路，稱為「醫療器材相關性壓力性損傷」。
奇美醫學中心手術團隊於2022年7月創新研發了｢醫用引流管固定減壓裝置」，除可提供管路置放後有「位置固定」及「皮膚防壓」二項照護要點之外，更可讓病人舒適無異物感。自7月實施至今，使用此｢醫用引流管固定減壓裝置」病人皆無產生醫療器材相關性壓力性損傷。
病人就醫過程中，幾乎每位病人都至少需要一種醫療器材來進行診斷或治療，由於醫用材質通常質地較硬，加上設備裝置的大小也會造成皮膚的壓力，因此病人使用醫療器材時，常得面臨使用設備所帶來的壓力性損傷風險。
醫用引流管固定裝置
奇美醫學中心護理部手術專責護理小組長顧正婷指出，當病人進行腸胃外科手術前，會放置鼻胃管引流胃部液體以避免吸入性肺炎，若固定黏貼鼻胃管處防護不當，或者當無菌布單覆蓋病人腹部的各項管路時，因厚重的布單壓迫產生壓力點等狀況，就可能引發「醫療器材相關性壓力性損傷」。
裝置貼於病人固定皮膚
｢醫用引流管固定減壓裝置」可適用於各種外科管路，且具有親膚性的皮膚防壓(護)效能，因此能將管路固定於皮膚而不發生管路移位，而且還有預防皮膚損傷效果。
腹部引流管防壓固定
