台南柳營科技工業區全面升級智慧路燈 打造綠能智慧科技城

台南市政府今（22）日舉辦「柳營科技工業區暨環保科技園區智慧路燈點燈儀式」，副市長戴謙代表市長黃偉哲出席，見證智慧路燈的啟用。南市府積極推動綠能，為使柳營科技工業區管理單位能遠端管理路燈，並整合車流、滯洪池水位監測，實現園區智慧治理，園區傳統路燈全面汰換升級，換裝智慧路燈，並打造監控管理平台。

黃偉哲表示，柳營科技工業區於 102 年完成開發，當時設置的路燈已逐步老舊，計畫將工業區內 425 盞傳統燈具全數更新為LED 智慧路燈，智慧路燈可為園區管理帶來三大效益：一、智慧型 LED 路燈具有節約能源、減少碳排放的優點；二、智慧系統的監控平台可節省政府機關人力資源，即時掌握所有設備狀況，迅速排除故障情形；三、提升用路人行車安全，同時強化公共設施服務品質；一舉數得，讓台南市更環保、更智慧。

副市長戴謙表示，智慧路燈讓園區能夠實施智慧管理，又能節能減碳，科技綠能一舉兩得，未來5G技術也是南市府的發展重點，期許逐步打造綠能智慧科技城。

經發局表示，柳科早期建置之高壓鈉氣燈已趨老舊，替換LED 路燈具有省電及低度維護之特性，節電效果高達 50％，且 LED 燈具壽命為傳統照明產品之 10 倍以上，於無外力因素下產品週期內幾乎免維修；未來規劃於車流量大之路口加裝車牌辨識系統，於路燈監控平台整合影像資訊事件，透過監控平台之「儀錶板」調閱各點攝影機即時影像，影像辨識技術更延伸應用，可於廠區滯洪池進行水位高漲偵測，具備高水位告警，同時於路燈監控平台呈現即時告警。

台南市本次爭取經濟部前瞻計畫補助，投入1,500萬經費全面汰換為智慧路燈，搭載5G 及NB-IoT 物聯網技術，提供照明節能、自動偵測故障及車流監測等功能，南市府將持續規劃短、中、長期智慧城市發展．從科技製造業、觀光餐飲業、學界教育、銀髮長照、社會安全各領域層面，強化5G應用與產業界的結合．深入民眾生活致力於打造5G有感生活．實現台南5G智慧科技城。
