《台南議員圖鑑》朱正軒盼永康區選民勿信「穩當選」謠言 集中選票投11號

台南市永康區市議員候選人朱正軒，是立委林宜瑾服務處執行長，他深刻瞭解永康區居民的需求，針對城市發展、人本交通、幸福宜居推出政見，希望打造一個正能量的希望家園。投票日將屆，坊間謠傳朱正軒穩當選，他誠摯呼籲支持者，別聽信「穩當選」謠言，一定要集中選票，投給11號的朱正軒。

朱正軒出身勞工家庭，非常重視勞工權益，對弱勢族群處境也能感同身受，他經過立委執行長及市長秘書的磨練，有能力協調各局處公平分配資源；他的師傅、立委林宜瑾說，朱正軒在她身邊服務10年，是副總統賴清德嚴選的專業人才，朱正軒若當選議員，中央地方連線服務，對台南發展、永康進步，一定能發揮關鍵作用。

朱正軒以地方需求訂定政見，行的方面，他主張騎樓暢通，盤點學校及商業區等步行熱區，優先落實友善行人，確保1.5米步行空間暢行無阻；他也推動機車平權，檢討非必要的進行機車路段及兩段是左轉路口，優化公車搭乘體驗，革新公共自行車營運模式，讓居民能順利出門、平安回家。
幸福宜居部分，朱正軒主張提升青年事務層級，加速青年公宅，推動婚前健檢及不孕症補助，協助安心生育；輔助家長喘息，布設安心臨時托育服務，增加公立幼兒園2歲幼幼班服務，增加兒童玩耍的特色公園；盤點校舍等閒置空間，因地制宜設置日間照顧或失智關懷等社福單位，提供多元銀髮服務。

朱正軒擁有清新優質形象，民進黨初選民調更是獲得第一名，無奈這個冠軍頭銜，卻被其他候選人作為分票藉口。他說，近期大街小巷拜票時，經常是他還沒說話，對方搶先開口「小朱唷，你穩的啦！」更過份的是對手的樁腳說「朱正軒票太多，不用再投給他！」這些都是其他候選人傷害朱正軒的標準套路。
