臺南市即將於112年10月21日至26日承辦全國運動會，繼今年6月份推出第一支宣傳影片「臺南接棒」，宣告臺南市將接棒全力籌辦賽事後，於今(23)日再推出第二支宣傳影片「Team Tainan!一起挺臺南!」，影片以一日的時間縱軸出發，以運動員及一般市民兩種角度拍攝，將台南市優秀選手的備戰衝勁與台南市街景小吃巧妙結合，黃偉哲市長更是親自入鏡帶領主角往前衝，透過影片向臺南市民疾呼：全員啟動，奮戰不懈！Team Tainan！一起挺臺南！

黃偉哲市長表示，「Team Tainan！一起挺臺南」是112年全運會第二支宣傳影片，這支影片動員了數十名臺南市優秀選手參與拍攝，呈現運動選手平日從早到晚不為人知艱辛鍛鍊的一面。2020東京奧運舉重女將方莞靈、田徑十項全能總分躍居史上第四傑的王晨佑及多位上屆全運會金牌選手皆參與其中，而影片也特地標註所有參與的臺南市選手名字，黃偉哲市長說明：這些優秀的運動選手是臺南的驕傲，必須透過112全國運動會的宣傳被知道被看到，他們奮戰不懈的精神就是全體臺南市民的精神。112全國運動會不僅是選手的事，也是全體市民共同參與的盛大賽會，歡迎全民一同來Team Tainan挺臺南。

體育局陳良乾局長表示，本支影片還有多項彩蛋，要給市民朋友意外的驚喜！首先片中盛情邀約到臺南前旅美職棒投手郭泓志擔任神秘嘉賓，象徵全民齊心一力，挺臺南，挺自己的城市！
影片最後也可以見到黃偉哲市長在眾人終於結束影片拍攝之際，盛情邀約工作人員到巷口吃小吃，展現其暖男性格。黃偉哲市長也邀請全體市民朋友持續關注112年全國運動會在臺南的系列宣傳活動，將有獲得賽事小禮物的機會。陸續也會推出選手深度專訪影片，讓民眾能夠深入了解選手備戰賽事的心路歷程，大家一起為選手加油，期勉選手全心一意積極備戰，為臺南市再破全國運動會獎牌數紀錄，展現東道主的體育競技實力。
