酒駕累犯
臺南市公布第14批酒（毒）駕累犯名單，本次公布12名累犯違規人，累計公布83人。本次公布違規地點分別在新化區2名、永康區4名、東區2名、後壁區1名、歸仁區1名、新營區1名以及國道1號1名，交通局依法公布姓名、照片及違法事實等資訊。

臺南市交通局表示，酒駕新法已於111年3月31日上路，依新法規定，酒駕違規除了有罰鍰、吊扣（銷）駕照、道路交通安全講習等處分外，累犯者還會被公告姓名、照片及違法事實；另外不論車主是否知情，酒駕違規人所使用的車輛牌照依規定必須吊扣2年，等同於車輛在2年間都無法使用。

交通事件裁決中心提醒，酒駕新制吊扣車輛牌照2年，如有肇事致人重傷或死亡的情形時，更得沒入車輛。根據統計，自新法實施以來至111年11月22日為止，屬於臺南市管轄，應處吊扣汽機車牌照的案件計達3,753件，交通局呼籲車主應善盡保管車輛的責任，避免將車輛交由不適合的駕駛人使用，以維護交通安全，同時也確保牌照使用的權利。
