- 世足點燃足球魂！醫師提供小撇步「遠離運動傷害」

2022年卡達世界盃賽情白熱化，在全球引頸期盼冠軍出爐的同時，不少球迷的「足球魂」被點燃，試圖在閒暇之餘踢足球。不過，安南醫院骨科醫師方啟榮特別提醒，踢球時若沒稍加注意，小心踢出一身傷！
方啟榮醫師表示，由於足球主要是使用下肢的活動，最常見的傷害便在下肢膝關節及踝關節，加上過程因為搶球、帶球過人等技巧，都需要快速旋轉身軀，以及腳與地面接觸會產生「剪力」，皆無形中增加了不少受傷風險。方啟榮醫師進一步舉例，小至肌腱發炎、扭傷、鈍挫傷，大到韌帶斷裂、軟骨受損等運動傷害都時有所聞。
倘若運動傷害已造成，第一時間可以做什麼補救？方啟榮醫師推薦一樣方便、實用且可隨身攜帶的醫療用品──「彈性繃帶」。若是撕裂、切割等外傷，在簡單清理傷口之後，彈性繃帶可提供適當傷口壓迫，達到減緩出血及固定肢體的包紮效果；如果是扭傷、拉傷等內傷，除了冰敷之外，彈性繃帶亦可提供肌肉肌腱適當的壓迫，達到類似護膝、護踝的固定效果。與此同時，若手邊有較硬的枝條，可做成簡易的固定裝置，讓受傷部位多一層保護。
此外，不少民眾最擔心的部分，在於如何判斷受傷程度需不需要就醫？方啟榮醫師提供2點辨別警訊，一是如果覺得關節有「卡卡」的狀況，意即感覺關節裡似乎卡了東西，就需要提高警覺了！因為一般的肌腱肌肉發炎雖會造成部位疼痛、腫脹、活動受限，但是很少出現上述「卡卡」的現象，需要藉由甩腳或動一動才能緩解。此時，就是借助醫師專業的時候，判斷軟骨、骨軟骨或半月板等組織是否受損。
其次則是關節感覺「鬆鬆」的，出現無力、軟腳的情形。方啟榮醫師以腳踝為例，如果反覆扭傷（俗稱「翻船」），便可能跟韌帶的斷裂或鬆弛有關；再以膝關節為例，如果下樓梯會軟腳，就要擔心十字韌帶有無損傷。
方啟榮醫師提醒，唯有適當的熱身、正確的運動習慣、科學化的運動菜單，才是遠離因踢球產生運動傷害的3大前提。一旦運動傷害產生，因受傷嚴重度深淺不一，民眾不易自行辨別狀況，方啟榮醫師建議，如有任何疑慮不妨諮詢專業醫師，做進一步的評估與檢查，以避免產生慢性病痛、甚至造成關節早期退化。
