台南市正副議長賄選案又有新的進展，昨（6）日林依婷的爸爸「爬山」3天的林士傑被拘提到案，專案小組下午再傳喚前副議長李文俊，議員黃麗招到案說明，經過訊問後認為，林士傑有逃亡及串證之虞，向法院聲請羈押禁見，此外李文俊的密友黃怡萍也再度被傳喚，檢方這次聲押獲准，讓她成為此案繼郭再欽之後被羈押禁見的第2人。
檢調昨日再度傳喚黃怡萍及市議員李鎮國夫妻到案說明，但法官認為她供詞前後不一，涉案情節重大，為避免她逃亡、串供或滅證，裁定羈押禁見。
台南地檢署襄閱主任檢察官許嘉龍說，「市議員2名有湮滅證據及勾串共犯證人之虞，林姓被告有逃亡及勾串共犯證人之虞，於1月7日凌晨向法院聲請羈押禁見。」市長黃偉哲也在活動中簡短回應風波延燒的台南市議長賄選案，尊重檢調機關調查，盼盡速釐清真相，對選民有交代。
