亞太棒球村2期進度達8成 黃偉哲親自視察施工品質

黃偉哲表示，希望亞太棒球村能夠如期如質的完工，並提供民眾優質服務。
台南亞太國際棒球訓練中心第二期成棒副球場及室內投打練習場工程，目前進度已達80%，台南市長黃偉哲今(10)日特別率市府團隊前往視察球場施工情況。現場由施工單位實際鑿洞測量，瞭解表層紅土的土層結構。黃偉哲市長感謝施工團隊的努力，期盼有缺失就改善，讓工程如質如期完成。包括立法委員陳亭妃及市議員郭鴻儀、朱正軒、邱昭勝、郭清華、李中岑也到場關心工程進度。
黃偉哲表示，今天視察的成棒副球場，預計在4月完工，屆時將作為10月全國運動會棒球賽事場地，因為是新球場，包括球場土壤結構等，都希望先檢測確認是否有缺失，有缺失就要儘快改善。也希望預定年底完工的成棒主球場，同樣能如期如質施工，成為亞洲最好的棒球場之一。
成棒主球場能夠提供25000個座席。
棒球場排水至關重要，黃偉哲市長特別請施工單位現場開挖實測，開挖後可清楚看到紅土區由上而下分層，為厚10公分的紅磚粉及陶磁土粗砂、厚10公分的中細沙、厚10公分清碎石。至於再往下30至60公分處，則是排水管溝處，周圍鋪有清碎石，底部則有透水性PE網。植草區方面，由上而下分層，為厚20公分的中細砂質土壤及草皮混合肥料、厚10公分的清碎石，管溝處在地下30至60公分處、周圍鋪上清碎石，管溝上層和底部並鋪上透水性PE網。
工務局指出，棒球場的排水是非常重要的，所以在亞太棒球村的球場排水自設計時，就重視每一層土壤的顆粒大小，碎石與砂土的比例、排水管要佈設得像魚骨頭等。施工完成後也要經過連續30分鐘的撒水測試，沒有積水才會合格。
工務局強調，亞太國際棒球訓練中心是台南市重要設施指標之一，感謝施工團隊在COVID-19疫情、原物料調漲等情況下，仍努力讓工程能夠順利進行，維持優良的施工進度與品質。
