幸福城市從愛開始 臺南市情人節213對新人浪漫登記

臺南市各戶政事務所共湧入213對新人完成結婚登記，其中同性結婚登記對數為3對，登記對數前3名地區分別為安南區29對、東區27對、永康區24對。（圖＿取自台南市府）

2月14日是西洋情人節，臺南市各戶政事務所共湧入213對新人完成結婚登記，其中同性結婚登記對數為3對，登記對數前3名地區分別為安南區29對、東區27對、永康區24對。

臺南市政府搭配情人節甜蜜氛圍，推出凡在臺南結婚的佳偶們，至各戶政事務所完成結婚登記，即贈送滿載祝福的臺南特色限量好禮；市長黃偉哲今日也特地到府北戶政事務所致贈加碼禮並祝福現場新人，讓前來登記結婚的新人們直呼：「好幸運!在臺南結婚很有感」。

在永康戶政完成登記的嘉豪與羿萱，開心談起兩人是在同一間日本語言學校短期學習，因當時疫情嚴峻學校採視訊授課，而從沒見過面，在回復實體授課的第一堂課，兩人見到鄰座的對方，就萌生了好感，並在認識2個月後開始交往，兩人交往兩年後，特別挑選情人節這個有意義的日子牽手一生。

另外特地至中西戶政辦理同性結婚的國人繹喬與港人盈盈則說起她們是自108年認識，當時正值疫情蔓延，盈盈於國境封閉前由香港來到臺灣，但當時臺灣尚未允許國人與香港人同性結婚，期間又歷經繹喬之母親過世，無法親眼目睹她們結婚，甚為遺憾，今年臺灣於年初開放國人與香港人同性結婚，所以特別選在今日辦理結婚登記，一償結婚宿願。

民政局長姜淋煌表示，近年臺南市在鼓勵結婚、生育議題推廣上不遺餘力，包括於戶政事務所設立精美背板或彩繪結婚拍照專區，供新人辦理登記時，留下風格獨特的影像紀錄，另外搭配提高生育獎勵金以及育兒津貼、托育補助全面不排富等政策，持續打造高幸福感的城市氛圍，期待有效提升市民婚育動機，從「愛」開始，積極營造臺南為適合人們作夢、幹活、戀愛、結婚、悠然過活的幸福城市。
