陳宗彥陷桃色疑雲 民進黨掀內鬥風暴？ 藍營名嘴：英賴熱線、恐怖平衡

行政院發言人陳宗彥昨（17）日遭民眾黨立委陳琬惠踢爆，行政院發言人陳宗彥11年前在台南市府服務期間，與酒店業者頻繁來往，且疑似有常態性召妓。對此，諸多藍營人士皆認為此爆料背後的原因並非如此單純，直指這就是民進黨內的派系鬥爭，賴清德霸氣連砍三大刀，處理邱莉莉、林智堅以及黃承國，引發反賴派系的不滿而反撲，第一槍即對準賴清德的左右手陳宗彥。
國民黨台北市議員游淑慧、前國民黨青年團總團長田方倫於臉書上發文，將電影「五億探長雷洛傳」的知名台詞「你敢動我的馬，我就幹你的狗」改編為「你動我黃承國，我動你陳宗彥」，說明陳宗彥會在此時被爆出另有原因，因為民進黨中執會本月15日通過修訂「黨職人員選舉辦法」以及「公職候選人提名條例」草案，取消緩刑滿10年可參選的條款，被外界視為賴清德直接通過排黑條款殺黃承國。游淑慧更質疑：「維持正義的檢調系統，是否變成被民進黨濫用成為滅殺政敵的工具？」

前台北市議員羅智強指出「賴清德砍蔡英文的黃承國，蔡英文系統砍賴清德的愛將陳宗彥，也不過是一砍還一砍而已」羅智強斥責：「民進黨政府聲色犬馬酒肉臭的文化根本就是沒救。」資深媒體人黃陽明認為，這次爆料者應該不是針對陳宗彥，而是當時陳的上司、時任台南市長賴清德。

陳琬惠還爆料，此案關鍵不只是陳宗彥接受性招待，而是幫酒店業者喬事情，台南地檢署「就是吃案」。知名媒體人逆風的烏鴉也在臉書上質疑，台南地檢署數針對當年陳宗彥涉嫌嫖妓的事件是否放水。對此，台南地檢署發出聲明表示，針對該起事件，因查無具體不法事證而於104年8月31日予以簽結，並沒有包庇的情形。針對媒體所報出是否有其他未查明之案件，本署已另起案件調查。
