黑鮪魚季「第一鮪」辦法公告 期待月光瞑魚蹤現身

屏東縣政府公告今年「第一鮪」的條件及辦法，代表一年一度的黑鮪魚文化觀光季活動進入起跑倒數計時，一年一度的漁船海上競技已展開，由於漁民間流傳一句俗諺：「黑鮪魚會在月光暝出現」，意思是指農曆滿月前後，黑鮪魚就會浮出海面，期待傳來第一鮪捷報。
屏東黑鮪魚季自2002年起舉辦第一鮪拍賣後，每年搶第一鮪頭采成為活動的重頭戲，因為第一鮪條件訂定嚴謹，包括限定台灣沿近海捕獲的北方黑鮪，重量應達180公斤以上、起鉤時仍為活魚、捕獲綁上生態標籤立即通報漁業電台及最先航抵東港漁港等，限設籍屏東及高雄市所屬的漁船等。隨著防疫鬆綁百工百業邁向疫後新生活，加上第一鮪拍賣價格迭創天價，備受全國矚目，風光熱鬧，搶得第一鮪也被漁民視為一種榮耀。
東港區漁會總幹事鄭鈺宸表示，黑鮪魚季第一鮪拍賣就像是活動開跑的象徵，把人氣、商機都帶進來，因此地方非常重視，而且政府配合國際漁業組織在捕撈太平洋黑鮪資源管理措施，規範作業漁船數，今年東港地區登記捕撈黑鮪魚的船隻東港籍佔165艘，小琉球籍161艘，海巡署並積極加強護漁，4月派遣2艘、5月份3艘、6月份2艘巡防艦，讓漁民能夠安心進行捕撈作業，期待豐收。
