榮剛歡度30周年慶 每月員旅團團出遊

台鋼集團旗下榮剛（5009）3/19剛歡渡30周年慶，今年國外旅遊首發團將於今日(3/29)啟程，榮剛表示，今年由台鋼集團關係企業「燦星旅遊」規劃行程，帶員工飛往中越旅遊，希望透過此次旅遊活動，不僅可以為員工提供放鬆身心的機會，也能支持受影響的旅遊業者，以實際行動力挺旅遊，恢復旅遊榮景。台鋼集團關係企業共41家，疫情復甦之際，集團力量更是重要，榮剛為首發出團，近1,200名員工，再加上員工眷屬，每月分梯團團出發。
榮剛強調，集團一向重視員工的福利及關懷，並致力於提供優質的工作環境與福利制度，今年員工國內外旅遊，規劃中越、日本(九州、關西和高知)、泰國(曼谷、普吉島)，國內(澎湖、南投、北海岸)共九條國內外旅遊路線，將對全體員工給予旅遊補助。

此次的旅遊活動更是體現了集團對員工的關心與支持，希望員工能夠在旅程中盡情放鬆身心，並帶著豐富的回憶回到工作崗位上，持續為公司的發展貢獻力量。
首發團越南～中越峴港世界文化遺產之旅5日，來回搭乘長榮航空，入住5星蘭珂悅椿度假村，享受度假村內各項設施：無論是參加叢林遠足、水上運動、在Nick Faldo 爵士設計的18 洞蘭珂樂古浪高爾夫錦標賽球場，揮桿打一場高爾夫球，或者體驗屢獲殊榮的悅椿Spa盡情享受。
品嘗越南經典美食外，峴港最具代表的知名景點、如峴港最美海灣–山茶半島(峴港後花園)；迦南島 乘越南簸箕船生態體驗水鄉椰林風光、驚嘆景點黃金橋「巨手托橋」；巴拿山搭乘世界上海拔落差最大亞洲最長的纜車等。
日本九州，關西和泰國曼谷以外，燦星旅遊更搭配獨包優勢，規劃日本四國和泰國普吉島行程，同仁們對於期待已久的旅遊，紛紛表示「終於出發了！」、「這是幸福企業的員工福利」而感到興奮不已。
