對於3月24日中華民國足球協（以下簡稱足協）布2023年度賽事規劃公告，提及台灣青年足球聯賽（以下簡稱青年聯賽）本年度暫停理一事，東門俱樂部懇求足協傾聽民意，匯集有意願參與青年聯賽之球隊共同討論對策。
