台灣第一知名品牌肉品專家「黑橋牌」與百年布莊「錦源興」跨域合作，在台南中正路原址復刻府城四大戲院「戎舘」二樓，舉辦映在心頭的「城市圖騰」戎館藝文沙龍，透過印花布料設計、生活用品研發與藝文活動，傳承百年布莊頂真精神。

記者會由黑橋牌董事長陳春利與錦源興第四代楊子興對談，展場中將黃花風鈴木、烏魚子、珍珠奶茶、關廟麵線等在地意象，轉化為充滿現代感的印花圖騰。
想到台南， 你會想到什麼？是名勝古蹟、自然風情、 還是令人流連忘返的在地小吃？日治時期的中正商圈名為「末廣町」在1927年時由有志經營於此的店家們組成了「店鋪住宅速成會」，從1931年開始，由當時的台灣總督府地方技師梅澤捨次郎設計，隔年完工，從此造就了台南最繁榮的商業區，因此也有「銀座通」的美稱，儼然成為那個時代的摩登代名詞。

在地經營達60多年的黑橋牌，是台灣第一香腸品牌的標竿，更是許多人回憶中的好滋味，黑橋牌以在地文化的傳承的企業責任為使命，就地在台南中正路原址復刻府城四大戲院「戎舘」，成為台南具代表性的文化新地標，除了提供美食、休憩空間，不定期都有藝術展藝可賞析，可稱得上是台南的藝文沙龍。

黑橋牌董事長陳春利表示，黑橋牌創業65年，承續台灣傳統肉品工藝，並秉持傳統工藝不斷推出創意；融合新潮流新美學，積極經營食品本業並參與台南府城文化建設，復刻戎舘文化平台，舉辦藝文活動展覽。陳春利說，這次策展的百年布莊「錦源興」，也是傳承了傳統工藝，並轉化成現代新生活美學，不僅是美感的呈現，也肩負文化的傳承使命。

陳春利指出，這次與百年布莊錦源興的合作，是跨世代、跨界的超時空結合，錦源興第四代傳人楊子興將黃花風鈴木、烏魚子、 珍珠奶茶、關廟麵線等在地意象，轉化為充滿現代感的印花圖騰， 重新詮釋你我周遭的生活樣貌。

百年布莊「錦源興」第四代負責人楊子興表示，錦源興創立於一九二三年，轉型成為在地生活美學品牌，將台灣文化轉譯為多款印花，用印花說台灣故事。
錦源興《城市圖騰》特展，此次共展出 10 幅印花布作，其中主題跨越時空有著你我日常的印記。其中「NO.19 虱目魚」更是台南在地的招牌作。據說是鄭成功來到台灣時吃到百姓所獻上的虱目魚，以濃濃泉州腔問「啥乜魚（什麼魚）？」而得其名。還有屬於春天的《黃花風鈴木》，白由奔放、耀眼金黃的黃花風鈴大搖曳在台南街頭、公園、古蹟 ．這樣因線際會在戎舘所舉辦的文化走讀活動-我舘周邊散策而與《錦源興》牽起結緣的契機在走訪的週程中更了解到這家在台南的百年布莊與黑橋牌有著共同的理念，將家鄉的美、在地文化與生活記憶透過不同的方式呈現•喚起映在心頭的美好並共同創造獨特回憶片刻•
