臺南市政府今(31)日舉辦2023言論自由日活動記者會
臺南市言論自由日系列活動邁入第11年，今年以「我主張－爭取100%自由」為主題，感念鄭南榕犧牲奉獻爭取言論自由的精神，去年言論自由日活動結合國立臺灣文學館新址更名為「湯德章大道1號」揭牌，台南市府今年持續以實際行動向勇敢爭取言論自由的民主前輩致上最大敬意。
黃偉哲市長表示，臺南市率先全國訂定每年4月7日為「言論自由日」
臺南市政府今(31)日舉辦2023言論自由日活動記者會，鄭南榕基金會終身志工葉菊蘭、鄭南榕基金會董事長鄭竹梅、策展人李文政、月琴創作歌手張雅淳等貴賓皆受邀出席，象徵南市府每年持續傳承並推動民主人權價值的使命。
黃偉哲市長表示，臺南市率先全國訂定每年4月7日為「言論自由日」，是言論自由發源地，近年市府積極推動各項轉型正義，完善史料傳承人權歷史，今年3月將湯德章故居等6處相關人權歷史場址，設置「正義與勇氣之路」地面標示牌，緬懷湯德章律師及紀念二二八事件歷史。

民政局長姜淋煌指出，今年臺南市言論自由日活動已邁入第11年，今年言論自由日主題「我主張－爭取100%自由」，有許多不限於一地一日的活動，包括線上影音、裝置展覽、服裝品牌等跨界合作等安排，多元展現言論自由價值，讓民主自由有更多發聲與接觸管道。

民政局說明，今年4月8日(六) 在臺南文化創意產業園區，舉辦為自由而唱演唱會，包含滅火器、淺堤樂團、阿雞GLOJ、張雅淳等樂團與音樂創作者熱力開唱，透過音樂創作傳唱不同世代的自由價值；而4月7日至5月21日，在臺南文化創意產業園區設有裝置展覽，回顧爭取言論自由相關歷史。此外，還有許多精彩的線上與線下活動如服飾聯名、臺南在地店家聯名、專家撰文、Podcast、廣播、Youtuber聯名宣傳等，豐富活動層次。

除臺南市政府言論自由日系列活動以外，鄭南榕基金會「自由紋理：探索在地Nylon足跡」全國巡展台南場，即日起至4月16日在南門路「胖地」展出，展覽內容以藝術視角詮釋鄭南榕Nylon生命歷程，透過展件多元呈現，豐富大眾對鄭南榕的認識與想像。
