Tainan May Jam台南五月音樂季 新化區長帶路尋覓大目降在地味

每年五月就是要來台南新化虎頭埤聽音樂！「Tainan May Jam台南五月音樂季」將於5/6-5/7連續兩天熱鬧登場，除了享受音樂饗宴外，當然也要邀請大家一起品嘗在地美食，此次台南市觀旅局特別邀請新化區美食達人-吳金喜區長來帶領我們尋覓大目降在地味。

台南市長黃偉哲表示，台南新化區原為西拉雅族聚落，舊稱「大目降」，其地形地貌是古代風水師口中的「八卦蜘蛛穴」，與著名傳統節慶「大目降十八嬈」有關是新化區特有的宗教活動。轄內有全臺第一座水庫虎頭埤水庫、全臺唯一低海拔熱帶林場新化林場、大目降文化園區、大坑休閒農場、木架山大草原、綠谷西拉雅、觀光工廠、高爾夫球場等觀光景點，每年並有新化年貨大街、臺南國際管樂節、阿勃勒花季及五月音樂季等活動舉辦，是個兼具文化歷史、美食、自然生態、體驗及知識的活潑小鎮，也在2020年入選交通部觀光局經典小鎮。

觀光旅遊局代理局長林國華表示，此次由新化區美食達人吳金喜區長帶路，首先來到前身為新化鎮公所舊址的「街役場古蹟餐坊」，建築主體保存得十分完整，整體用餐環境相當舒適，主要販售以西式排餐為主。接著介紹使用大量的進口原木與綠樹植栽，打造自然質樸的餐飲環境的「葉陶楊坊」，主要販售功夫菜香酥八寶鴨、特色小炒醉雞、招牌甜點地瓜蛋糕─葉陶貴等。「一心山羊肉」為王家燻羊肉新化市區的小吃店，主要販售遵循古法製作之招牌燻羊肉等料理，肉質不腥且中藥熬煮甘甜味更是讓人口齒留香。另外，每到下午就湧現排隊人潮的「葉麥克中藥炸雞」，主打中藥獨家秘方調配，各式炸物有著獨特風味讓人一口接著一口停不下來。

新化區吳金喜區長表示，位於新化老街至今營業一甲子以上的「泰香餅舖」，是老街具有代表性餅店，且遵古法製不失傳統味，大膨餅及水果餅是台南擁有高人氣的伴手禮之一。而不管是現場購買或是網路團購，總是吸引滿滿人潮的「姑姑茶葉蛋」也是在地平民美食之一，堅持用純中藥熬煮，醬汁甘甜不鹹，蛋黃綿密濕軟又入味、蛋白部位Q彈有勁，主要販售茶葉蛋、小鳥蛋、豆干等。最後推薦每一出爐就被秒殺的「吉野村現烤蛋糕」，是一間傳統蛋糕坊，使用傳統製作的古早味蛋糕具有數十種口味可選擇，不管是當地人還是觀光客都不容錯過的下午茶點。
臺南市政府觀光旅遊局表示，「Tainan May Jam台南五月音樂季」將於5/6-5/7連續兩天熱情登場，聽完音樂後，還可以前往新化老街吃吃美食，再走到附近的大目降文化園區、新化武德殿、郡役所木造宿舍群、楊逵文學紀念館等景點，還有全台灣最美的新化果菜市場，獨特的波浪梯田設計，還可走上屋頂遠眺新化風景，新化是台南的後花園，歡迎大家規劃一場聽覺及味覺的饗宴之旅！
