「黑橋牌香腸博物館」位於台南南區。
「黑橋牌香腸博物館」位於台南南區，創辦人陳文輝先生在民國二十一年出生於貧困的高雄縣小漁村，因環境下造就出他從小堅毅內斂的個性，也打零工幫忙家計，從餐廳跑堂、魚市殺魚、到碼頭處理漁獲等，對食品的興趣逐漸在心中悄悄萌芽。
「黑橋牌香腸博物館」位於台南南區。
本館留下了歷史上的痕跡，而隨著荷蘭、明、清、日治頁面捲過，留給臺南人嘴挑懂吃的回憶，館內不僅可以帶你了解香腸製作過程，裡頭懷舊的設施勾勒出府城獨特的人文風情，裡面還有「海安路207號」，用透視畫重現第一間黑橋牌門市，有最豐富的創辦人夫妻共同打拼的記憶，來到這裡肯定要拍照打卡留下回憶的！

一樓是販售熱食區、商品販售區，也有好吃的香腸禮盒可以吃到！二樓則是各國的香腸相關知識，可以了解到香腸的成分以及製作過程，三樓則是帶你了解黑橋牌的成立歷史以及復古造景可以拍美照喔！
