南科贊美酒店行政主廚唐翊哲表示：「當初在發想一口小粽禮盒時，花了不少時間。因粽子裡的配料需和一般粽子一樣豐富又扎實，但粽身體積小，用的糯米少，粽子黏性不夠很難成形，經過了一次次調配和實驗，才完成此款料多又口感層次綿密的一口小粽。」
五款口味可做選擇，其中有兩款是限定的全素粽
本次粽子總共推出五款口味：龍蝦珠貝粽、芋香櫻蝦粽、花生蓮子粽、鮑魚蛋黃粽、桂花烏沙粽。其中有兩款是限定的全素粽，也響應了環保意識素食活動，讓現今素食主義者，有多一種的選擇。
