屏東縣府攜手海尼根啟動《夢想青農孵化行動》展現多元農業潛力

海尼根身為台灣第一家國際啤酒釀酒商，致力於農業永續發展，去年啟動的《夢想青農孵化行動》，最終在屏東縣政府、荷蘭在台辦事處農業及食品處，以及歐洲在臺商務協會-低碳倡議行動共同評審下，選出13位優質青農。其中7位青農進一步入選共同推廣計畫；展現了屏東多元的魅力和農業潛力，同時激勵更多青農追尋夢想。

獲選《夢想青農孵化行動》的青農故事豐富多彩，不僅展示了他們對農業的熱愛和堅持，也是他們在農業領域中的創新和努力。
這次海尼根特別針對7位青農的作物邀請了屏東出生、有「法餐南霸天」的簡天才師傅設計一系列食譜，特別針對不同的料理屬性推薦了海尼根旗下的啤酒款式餐搭，像是虎牌冰釀適度的麥味與啤酒花香氣交疊出層次感與大地時蔬芋頭麵疙瘩特別適合。海尼根零酒精保留拉格啤酒飽滿圓潤風味，整體口感清爽順口，很適合火龍果優格沙拉。海尼根星銀清爽順口、口感輕盈，滑順細緻，尾韻輕透，與甲魚脆瓜雞湯的清澈湯品搭配得宜。這些食譜同步也放在「啤酒餐搭蔬果箱」中，讓收到這個蔬果箱的人可以依照食譜來動手製作美食。
周春米表示，青農們不斷學習和創新的精神，是促進屏東、甚至台灣農業前進的力量，《夢想青農孵化行動》不僅是對青農的鼓勵，也是協助農業創新和轉型，她相信，透過這樣的努力，可以為屏東的農業帶來更多發展機會、創造更好的環境和條件。

海尼根台灣公共事務總監郭琬蘋表示，「青農代表著屏東農業的新生力量，他們的故事可以激勵更多年輕人投身農業，同時為屏東農業的未來帶來希望和活力。《夢想青農孵化行動》是海尼根在台灣的第一個創造社區影響力計畫，我們希望取之於地方的同時回饋地方，幫助在地的青農，展現深耕台灣的決心。」透過這樣的合作不僅可以讓屏東青農有更多曝光機會，也呈現了屏東農產品獨特的風味和價值。
海尼根台灣與屏東縣政府持續支持農業永續發展，第二屆《夢想青農孵化行動》預計將於下半年啟動，歡迎有興趣的青農持續關注。
