屏東院 「三星」蔬食日式料理 讓愛放光「芒」幫助植物人

炎熱的夏日來臨,正是品嚐香甜芒果的好季節,甫獲得綠.蔬食評鑑指南三星的「五郎 時食」負責人兼主廚胡財賓先生,為協助推廣「愛放光芒」芒果義賣活動,日前特地到訪創世屏東院,現場用芒果入菜,藉由蔬食來模擬海鮮的口感、外 觀與味道,從視覺及味覺,烹調兩道蔬食日式海鮮料理,蒞臨現場支持的屏東縣警察之友會 理事長王世賢、屏東縣不動產開發商業同業公會理事長王明山品嚐後,驚艷大讚「好吃,跟真的海鮮一樣。」顛覆大家對蔬食的想像。

今年因氣候影響,芒果產量銳減五成,枋山「盧家芒果」盧旺昇先生除仍捐贈500盒寶 島級愛文芒果,第8年持續力挺植物人服務,更號召保證責任泉生產合作社的班員,共同 提供3,000盒產銷級芒果禮盒義賣,所得扣除成本後幫助植物人安養費用。屏東縣警察之友 會王世賢理事長得知活動訊息後,立刻號召企業友人響應,連同屏東縣不動產開發商業同業 公會理事長王明山及恆春鎮美林達建設飯店集團王吉明董事長共同認購391盒寶島級芒果禮 盒,希望落實農家的愛,更實際的幫助植物人經費。
2019年起推廣蔬食的五郎時食胡財賓主廚,創立台灣第一間全蔬食的日式料理餐廳,堅 持使用原形食物,胡財賓主廚說:『用食物幫助人更健康,是推廣蔬食的初衷,因從小家裡就 是種植芒果,感受到父母身為果農辛苦,對芒果有深厚的感情,這次協助創世宣傳芒果義賣 更具意義,除竭盡巧思讓芒果與日式料理完美結合,創造出味覺的豐富感,盼透過活動廣披 善的訊息,讓植物人獲得良好的照顧。」 創世屏東院目前安養58位植物人,尿布、看護墊等衛材需求量大,目前推出「植愛放 光芒」活動,寶島芒果禮盒899元、產銷級芒果禮盒699元,無糖芒果乾130元,還有珍的 蜂蜜捐贈100瓶龍眼蜜,每瓶600元,歡迎大家踴躍認購。愛心專線:(08)721-0038 分機 1205 王小姐。
